Dr P. Mohamed Ali heads up Galfar, one of Oman's largest engineering and construction companies; it employs more than 65,000 people across the GCC and India, and is the largest private sector employer in Oman. In addition, he is the only expatriate to have received the coveted Oman Civil Order, the highest recognition awarded by the Omani government.
