Ms Naina Lal Kidwai is a banker par excellence, who is also known as the 'Face of Modern Indian Capitalism'. She is also among the few women in Asia to lead an international bank, and was the first to do so in India. Ms Kidwai was also the first female president, in 85 years, of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry, India's oldest industry association.
