Mustafa Bosca is the Managing Director & Partner at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). He has over 15 years of experience in consulting and banking in North America, Europe and Middle East. Mr. Bosca works at the intersection of social impact and financial services. He leads BCG’s Social Impact Practice in the Middle East and is a core member of BCG’s Financial Institutions Practice. He advises Boards and C-level executives of NGOs, development finance institutions, regulators and commercial banks on strategy design, strategy implementation and digital transformation

Prior to his consulting career, Mr. Bosca completed the Young Professional Program at the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) and managed IDB’s trade finance portfolio for Bangladesh, Central Asia and Turkey. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a MSc in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
