Prakash P. Hinduja and his three brothers Srichand, Gopichand and Ashok, together with the third generation of the family, lead and manage the Hinduja Group, one of the largest diversified Indian conglomerates, operating in over 40 countries and employing over 100,000 people across ten sectors. Mr Hinduja drives the Group's focus to influence and engage proactively in global political and economic matters in order to enhance global prosperity and help eradicate poverty. He is the voice of the Group at key meetings and discussions at the World Economic Forum, United Nations General Assembly, World Bank and International Monetary Fund Summits, G20 Business Summits and Asian and African Development Councils.

Mr Hinduja's achievements as a leader have been greatly enhanced by his role as a trustee of the Hinduja Foundation, which directs the family and Group's extensive philanthropic activities. He reflects and drives the Group's mission of principle-centered leadership by powering initiatives to increase employee engagement and corporate social responsibility. Mr Hinduja believes that philanthropy, social responsibility and the welfare of global citizenry is an obligation shared by both the Hinduja Group and the UAE.
