With over 20 years of extensive overseas experience in the management of corporate affairs and construction projects, Mr Yu oversees CSCEC's regional operations in the GCC as well as other countries in the Middle East.

Mr Yu has diversified the company's operations successfully; initially, it dealt with conventional building contracts and then went on to become a comprehensive provider of total solutions in all sectors of the construction industry. In September 2004, Mr Yu was appointed CEO & President of CSCEC ME and subsequently became Vice President of China State Construction International Ltd., the overseas operation arm of CSCEC - the largest international construction company in the world.
